Linda has been progressively agitated and paranoid today. Yesterday we worked at tidying up the house. The house cleaner keeps us clean and tidy but things don’t get put away. We cleared the dining table, put accumulated stuff from the kitchen counter away or in the garbage and the same thing for the counters in the 3 bathrooms. Guess What! Today Linda was convinced that someone had been in the house and stolen all our stuff. She has a tendency to call object people and she kept saying: “Those people are gone from there and there and there.” “I don’t know what to do.” “I can’t remember who was there.”
My conclusion: What better excuse could one ask for to have a messy house?
